We made it!!

We made it into Nashville at noon today. I only had one breakdown and that was through security in Chicago. The flight was certainly busy and uncomfortable, but I think it could have been much worse with two 20 month olds :) I was so ready to scoop up this little guy!!!

He was ready to be scooped!

Harrison handled it all very well!

The twins were exhausted only having 2-3 hours each of sleep on the flights and not at the same time for the most part.

My Family... With 6 grandbabies!!

I haven't made the time to do a thing but enjoy this time with our new family of 5. I copied these photos from my moms Facebook so I could blog from the bed. The twins are asleep now I've gotta work on our little chatterbox Harrison. I have more and I will share more in detail with my pics later!!
All packed.

Waiting outside security. Greer fell asleep after a stretch of crying but only after he and I combined our crying did we get expedited through security on Chicago.

Harrison has a shadow :) she does get cranky with him here and there and that hurts his feelings but I'd say, so far so good!

Wonderful that you are home safe and it was not too bad for the flight! You looked great in the airport photos by the way;) Loving the photos of your family of five and your 3 cuties together. Good luck for the next few days.

We had a wonderful time with you and treasure the time we spent with Sophie and Greer their first days in the Smith family. You are both exceptional people and loving parents. We are so proud and happy for you. Love to all. Can't wait to have everyone for a family get together. Love Grammy & G-daddy

I am a fellow adoptive mom of beautiful twins from Vietnam. They were just 5 months when we came home and are now almost 5 years old. Remember these words from someone who knows what you are going will get easier! It took us a good 6 months to get to a place that felt like we knew what we were doing. Reading your blog has brought to mind such wonderful memories for me. My kids did not sleep much at all coming home...all 28 hours of travel! God bless your family and hang in there.
