I love to celebrate with others at their airport homecomings. It is always such a special and time. We were blessed to just that yesterday afternoon. Brodie is home…
MaryLeigh and family will always be very close to our hearts. The Lord placed them in our lives at just the right time. When we began to reconsider our path to adopt from Ethiopia, she jumped right in and let us know about 2 children that were still waiting to be matched with a forever family. She advocated for our twins who had been on the agencies waiting child list since last November.
Harrison and their son Bates are within a week of one another in age and the twins are within a week of Brodie in age. We are going to have lots of fun together! It helps that we live 5 minutes from one another.
We had to wake Harrison up for about a 20 minute car nap, so he was pretty much on edge the whole time. He did ok, but we had to make sure we were very delicate in handling him in order to prevent a meltdown! lol!
Harrison was having a moment here
