THEN....today we spent New Years Day celebrating my moms birthday with the fam!! Harrison had his first black eyed peas...

Harrison's kicking off the New Year with some initiative in the area of self-hydration!!!
We were copy cats and went to get the type of sippy cup Lily was using New Years Eve. Worked like a charm! He was giggling the whole time through dinner and grabbed his cup to drink from it over and over!! He hasn't had much of an interest in using a sippy cup. He'll drink from it if we hold it for him..but that's about it!! The new cup seems to have added some appeal!

Recently we fostered a one year old girl for two weeks. She wouldn't drink from a sippy cup to save her life! I tried all kinds but then tried the Nuby and eventually she took to it. The bottles went in the trash and she never looked back. :) It's a great transitional cup.
