We're Coming Home!

It's official! We've only got one more full day after today thanks to a mostly smooth AIT appointment. We did have to come back to the hotel and print off Brandon's most recent jobs job offer since it happened so recently and we didn't think to upate our home study!! & yesterday we had to pull some strings to have our W2's and 1040 tax forms sent over that we didn't realize we needed. That made us especially anxious because we did not know if we could pull it off! We just happened to SOMEWHAT organize our tax stuff while I was nesting before we left and we just happen to have an awesome friend and neighbor who walked right into our house and pulled the paperwork out within minutes!! I don't think many people could have done that ... so I was worried!! And then we just happen to be able to save our 1040 on Brandon's parents computer and they were able to scan them in and send them too!! God is soo good!!

Harrison even put on the charm at the appointment window!! It was awesome! It took 3 hours to do all the paperwork, come back to the hotel and print, and get back for the interview. There, we were semi-grilled on our process to make sure all was legit and no improper process was taken to pursue this adoption. Soo ... all that to say ...

I am fixing to join the boys in a nap (are you catching a trend with my boys?) And then we're going to the oh so famous, Din Tai Fung dumpling restaurant for dinner and maybe a night market!! I will post a more in depth update tonight!! Taipei 101 was a blast even though the observation deck was closed. We're excited about being adventurous eaters tonight. It might be the last time. We have really leaned towards liking the American food here or Fried rice!! It's just safer when you know what it is and ALL that's in it ... but we don't want to be big wimps either!!: o) Oh and Harrison had his first two SMALL spoon fulls of ice cream today!!
