This is what we turned to find while Harrison was playing while we were getting things packed up ... He stayed this way for several minutes just cheesing it up!
Oh My how the time flys!!! We have just had the BEST experience this week. Our little guy is all kinds of AWESOME! We just love on him all day and he loves us right back! I wasn't able to update last night because for some reason at dinner I could hardly keep my eyes open. Brandon says it's jet lag, but I thought that would have hit before then. I've been fine ever since. Our plan was to go to the night market last night , but we just came straight back to the hotel. Harrison and I fell fast asleep too!
Today we took it pretty easy. We snuck in two naps. We found this for lunch ...
Harrison falls asleep about 2 out 3 car rides ...
& I LOVE to hold him while he does it!!
Tryed to go here ...
but the rain picked up about a block away and I had mommy guilt so we hopped in cab and came back to the hotel for another nap.
Tonight we decided to try the famous Shilin Night Market since it is our last NIGHT here. We put Harrison in his jammies and into the Ergo (GREAT investment by the way ... I HIGHLY recommend it!!) And took a taxi to the market. Our consensus ... We thought it was amazingly interesting. They had stalls and stalls of food vendors. None for us though. We are flying for 19 hours tomorrow and don't want any tummy issues!! We also found other vendors with things like clothes and such. I don't know what I was expecting ... maybe more toursity kind of things. There wasn't much of that. It was definitely something to remember. It was a sea of people like I ' ve never seen.
We spent 2 days trying to find some things like this ...
We were trying to find something that would help Harrison produce something he has not produced in his days with us. It worked ... 3 times in the last 24 hours!!
We also found two teeth that have barely came through on top. We knew something had to be happening because if you don't keep something for him to chew on ... thumb goes right in as a teether!! This is what we get when we use Orajel ...
This is Harrison before we left for the night market. We put him in PJ's and we had to change him when we got back because the smells from all of the food vendors were stinky!
On a funny note. At Taipei 101 I went to change Harrison's diaper in the restroom. The cleaning lady came up to me and pointed to Harrison and said "BaBa Chinese?" It took me a sec...and then I said, no, he's coming to America. Technically his first BaBa is Taiwanese, but not his new BaBa!! It was funny. She just laughed and finally let me change his diaper. She came right into the stall with me!

Love you!
He has the cutest outfits ever!!!! Can't wait to meet him!!!
So cute! Glad you got to try to night market. We didn't get around to that in Taipei--although the market in the village we toured sounds alot like it except with lots of neat toursity type things to buy....looks pretty neat though-glad you got to experience it since it is a huge part of Taiwan culture!
More teeth-wow!!
Safe travels home! We'll be sending prayers your way!

He already looks like he is blossoming!! Look at that big smile and the light in his eyes! He is in love too :-)
Oragel is great, but if you haven't tried it yet, try putting it on his baby toothbrush that goes over your finger to make it easier and he can chew on it which makes his teeth feel better. He might like that better?? Owen did.
I can hardly wait to see you 3 together at home!!!!!
Happy travels!
Glad to know the baby food and juice did the trick!!!!
