We got a call a couple of hours ago that Harrison has been admitted to the hospital with some breathing issues. They took him in for a check-up and flu shot and the doctor noticed some awful wheezing. They said it's most likely related to an allergy, asthma, or bronchitis (they've also had some sand storms lately that may have had an impact)
In order to administer breathing treatments, they did decide to admit him. He has been known to have sensitive lungs. They also have him on an IV (I teared up a little at this)
We know that our heavenly father will hold him while we can not. Please just join us in praying for a quick, smooth, & pain free recovery.

Like you, I just got a little teary when I read this! Janie and I are praying for a speedy recovery for Harrison! He is in good hands--they all LOVE him in Taiwan!

I got teary when I read your FB update earlier and have been praying for sweet Harrison today. I don't know if I told you but Owen also had breathing problems for a while when he was a baby (bronchitis, pneumonia, etc). I hope he is better very soon! You will be there so soon, and I am so happy about that!!!
I am praying hard for your little guy and for you being so far when he is in the hospital and you can't be there. Look with joy that this is the LAST time he will ever be sick without a mama to hold and nurse him back to health! :)

Lord, please protect Harrison tonight. Hold him close in your arms since April can't be there to hold him herself. Comfort her as she is so far away from her little boy. Give him strength to overcome whatever little virus/bug/issue this is & bring complete healing to his little body very quickly!

I found your blog through my sister, April Reed. She has been sharing with me about your journey to your little boy! How exciting to know you're so close to bringing him home! I know you must be so worried with him being in the hospital and having breathing problems. I just wanted to let you know that we are praying for little Harrison and for you as well!!
I was excited to see that you would be coming home on Nov. 19th. This day has a HUGE place in my heart! We adopted our daughter from Guatemala in 2007, and that is the day we became a family! So know that we are celebrating with you, as a Forever Family, that another child is coming home to his family on that very same day!
