My kind of dressing up...

My mom came over today to help me put the finishing touches on the nursery!! I think we're there. For now, I've decided the "focal wall" is enough to be behind the crib. If we get a good photo of Harrison when he gets home, we'll blow it up on a stretched canvas in sepia and hang it. I'm still not sold on the idea that it need something up there though! You'll notice the rug...a little window dress-up...changing pad & cover and we hung the diaper holder thingy on the side of the changing table!! This is what I spent my Halloween dressing up. This is when mom and I took a trip to get a few things....we got stuck in traffic and it was conveniently nest to Steak-n-Shake!!A few more views of the room..

Tonight we decided to spend the evening at home. This is the first Halloween we've done this in the 4.5 years of living in our house. We had lots we wanted to get done and we knew next year we'd be hitting the road with our little guy so we thought we'd stick around this year! Our first trick-or-treaters...We ran out of candy at 7:30p so now we're resting!!
