We got another picture update of you today. Your face is THE sweetest thing ever. We can tell they aren't having any trouble with keeping you fed either! Each time we get an update we fall more and more in love with you and with fact that we are having a son. This week I, mommy, am on a trip with a friend and her three boys. I have seen so many precious glimpses of what having a son will be like. It makes me giddy with excitement!
We are filled with such anticipation over when you'll be home with us. We are getting everything in order as quickly a possible! Will you make it for our Smith family vacation this year? It is to Disney World you know? A place that holds such special memories for your Daddy and me. It's where we honeymooned after backing out of cruise due to Hurricane Katrina...oh, I am sure we'll tell you all about that one day. I promise...you won't want to miss the trip. Our memories from Disney will gain a whole new level of specialness! It is scheduled for mid-October and we so dream of having you home by then. The family trip won't be complete without you. It will be a great time for you to get to know your Grammy, G-Daddy, Auth Heather, and cousins Breah & Colton. So...throw a few extra smiles and coos to those judges over there in Taiwan for us as we wait for a court date.
We are waiting on some paperwork to come from Taiwan and then we'll have all that we need to send back over to wait on that court date. They said that it looks like it will be next week when we get it here. I'll get it all signed and sent back and we'll keep praying you home sweet boy. Here is to our future...to snuggles, silly songs, family vacations, and all kinds of LOVE that many people are so excited about lavishing upon you!

Oh April, HE is CUTE! How special! I can imagine the anticipation you are feeling about bringing him home, as I am excited for Emery to be born in November. The wait seems like forever, but it will be so worth it! Raising babies together via the blog world will be so fun! I am so happy for you and Brandon!
Awww, I remember those days. Getting a picture is so exciting and it makes you YEARN for them so much more. He's gorgeous.
