My Weekend Happies...

These shoes were 30% off at Old Navy!! Loved them a couple of months ago and had to have them on sale Friday night! Here's to Believing God that our daughter is in Vietnam!
Running my first race WITH A #!! Just a fun 5k Saturday morning...

I was able to spend my Saturday afternoon singing to, playing with, and feeding (he likes to eat folks) my little buddy!

I love the song below that really spoke to me during worship service this morning. I have said it before, but my Lord knows when Im struggling and He never fails to send uplifting, encouraging, reminding, things (songs, email, scripture, signs..etc.) my way! The words that spoke to me most are in bold...

Beautiful Lord, wonderful saviour
I know for sure, all of my days are held in Your hands
Crafted into Your perfect plan

You gently call me, into Your presence
Guiding me by, Your Holy Spirit
Teach me dear Lord
To live all of my life through Your eyes

I'm captured by, Your Holy calling
Set me apart
I know You're drawing me to Yourself
Lead me Lord I pray

Take me, Mold me
Use me, Fill me
I give my life to the Potter's hands
Hold me, Guide me
Lead me, Walk beside me
I give my life to the Potter's hand

Lastly, Sunday afternoon naps with my bestfriend and love are always my favorite!!!!

Congratulations on running your first 5K race!! Your little nephew is getting so big. Seeing the little bumps and bruises reminded me of when Owen first started walking (both times). He bumped into everything and fell all the time! He still bumps into things, but he's learned to catch himself when he falls a little better. :)

The song you posted is beautiful. I don't believe I've heard it before, but the lyrics are so pretty.

Love the shoes for Marlee!!! Yea for sales!!

Enjoy those Sunday naps while you can :) Love your paisley bed covers by the way...

James wants to know more about your running!
Also, I'm glad the service spoke so much to you today. It's amazing how it can speak volumes to two different people in such different ways.
God is good.

Had a great time at lunch!
