Heroes Unmasked

This will be the 2nd year that our church has held the Heroes Unmasked event on Halloween night. It is a great concept for a fall activity. It is basically a festival but all of the games and activities have to do with a Bible hero. Bible Heroes are walking around the whole time and the kids are learning something about a Bible hero at every turn. This year, we plan to add inflatables, a bon fire, $1 pie throwing to go toward a mission project, and a hay ride. We got so excited about this while having our first meeting tonight. It is so fun to incorporate Biblical meaning into each and every aspect of a community outreach yet still keep it relevant and fun for the kiddos! Last years event went better than expected so we are believing God for another fantastic opportunity to reach out to our community!
